Project Description and Objectives:
    
The project aims at developing the northern and western regions of the country and facilitating transportation of people and goods. The project also aims at extending services to the inhabitants of these regions. This road is a part of a regional road network which connects Cameroon with the neighboring countries. Its length is 65.10 km and its width is 7 m with two 1.5 meter-wide shoulders. The project consists of the following components:
    a. Civil works and supervision on the part of the road connecting Foumban and Manki which is 40 km long.
    b. Civil works which include building roads, bridges and rain drainage facilities for the part connecting Manki, Magba and Mape Bridge with a length of 25.10 km.
    c. Consultancy services and supervision on carrying out the civil works of Part (b) of the project.
