Project Description and Objectives:
        The project aims at developing the land transportation network and urban and rural areas in Yemen. This project shall be a road lined with the existing road with a width of 13.45 m for each lane in addition to a central median of 3.6 m width and shoulders on both sides of 3.6 m width for each lane. The total length of the road is 420 km distributed into 4 sections. The project includes the following components:
    a. Civil works that include the filling and asphalt works and the concrete construction works for the following sections:
        First section: Umran – Sana,a with a length of 68 km.
        Second section: Sana,a – Dhamar – Beit Al-Komani with a length of 95 km.
        Third section: Beit Al-Komani – Ibb – Ta`iz with a length of 117 km.
        Fourth section: Ta`iz – Al-Houta- Aden with a length of 140 km.
    b. Possession of lands.
    c. Engineering supervision services.
