The Saudi Fund for Development (SFD)’s CEO. Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, today received at his office in Riyadh the Kingdom’s Ambassador-designate to the Republic of Senegal Saad bin Abdullah Al-Nafiei, on the occasion of his new appointment.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed SFD’s efforts to help the developing countries, especially in Senegal as well as the projects funded in Gambia, Guinea Bissau and Cape Verde, which would contribute to achieving the sustainable development goals.
Since its inception, SFD provided 48 development loans to Senegal, Gambia, Guinea Bissau and Cape Verde to finance a number of projects in the water, education, health, transport, energy and agriculture sectors.
