The CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Mr. Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, participated in the 20th Meeting of the Heads of the Arab Coordination Group (ACG) institutions, held in Vienna, Austria. The meeting aimed to unify joint efforts toward sustainable development across developing countries around the world and explore innovative solutions in development financing to address future global challenges.

The meeting served as a platform to enhance developmental progress and seize critical opportunities through ongoing cooperation. It focused on increasing efficiency by leveraging the expertise and capacities of the ACG’s member institutions. Discussions emphasized achieving shared development goals that support economic and social growth in beneficiary countries worldwide. The participants also stressed the importance of data and knowledge exchange, harmonizing procedures, and mobilizing resources to finance priority development projects and programs in developing nations.

The Arab Coordination Group (ACG) was established in 1975 with the goal of providing coordinated and effective solutions for development financing. Since its inception, the Group has played a vital role in supporting economic and societal advancement for a better future. Its members include:
